Mark recently joined CapTech as Creative Director to help expand their UX and digital strategy group. Previously at Isobar in Boston as UX Director, he worked with clients such as Comedy Central, Fidelity, Mackenzie Financial, Motorola Mobility, Lonza Group, and Hilton Worldwide. An Architecture major at Yale, Mark has nearly two decades of experience in information architecture, brand identity, interaction design, and digital product and service design. He continually seeks to understand and enhance the relationships that emerge between customers and organizations based on their shared interests. Since iBeacon represents a unique intersection between user experience, institutions, and architecture, he has taken a keen interest in its development. In addition to previous speaking engagements in D.C., Boston, and Richmond, Mark has given two presentations earlier this year on iBeacon and is currently consulting on implementations with several clients.
